Construction is often seen as a male-dominated industry, but Lisa Tenley is one woman who has made her mark. As the Vice President of People and Communications at Plano-Coudon, Lisa is passionate about mentoring and coaching new professionals in the field. She believes in using storytelling to spark interest in the industry and help others understand the opportunities available.
Lisa’s experience with emerging professionals began as someone who mentored students at the University of Maryland. This role launched her career in construction through the human resource track. Since then, she has never looked back!
